  1. Perfect

  2. Received parcel earlier than expected. All bits needed included. I was hampered by small awkward space to work in but it became easier. Thought I would have problems removing cable from old helm but all ok, same with replacing it in the new unit. Had it the same orientation as old one but that turned out to be reverse steering. Removed cable and reversed inlet and outlet and all ok.
Would have finished in 2 hours and any problems caused by my inexperience and easily solved with a bit of thinking. Working as per advice, now to see how it works at sea. In all service and advice right on the ball and fits perfectly on dashboard. Glad I stumbled across this concept on recent trip to Melbourne. Should cure the strong desire for boat to steer hard right. Might be able to do some solo trolling now.
